XXL Freshman Class 2013 Cover

Here is the 2013 XXL Freshman Class. Some may disagree with a few of the selections thinking they should have been on the cover 2 years ago but that is why there is always an uproar over these covers. Dizzy Wright was 10 Spot People’s Champion Winner and the cover includes a note stating Chief Keef as the “11th Freshman”.
